Step 1: Reach Level 10
The first step towards forming or joining a faction company in New World is reaching Level 10. Until you reach this level, you won’t be able to interact with other players’ factions or even start your own.
Step 2: Choose Your Faction
Once you reach Level 10, you’ll have the option to choose which faction you want to join- The Marauders, The Syndicate or The Covenant; each of them has unique benefits and quests for their members.
Step 3: Create A Company
If you want to create your own faction company , open the Faction tab from the menu (Press «H» key) select `Companies` section. In there click on `Create Company` button enter your preferred name symbol/flag for your company.
Note: Creating of companies requires some gold coins( amount based on server ) there needs to be at least one other player besides yourself available at that time then only it can be registered successfully.
Step 4: Invite Members To Join Your Company
After creating your faction company , please invite others by clicking on «Invite» option right next each member’s name. They’ll receive notification with invitation message with accept/reject buttons as options .
Step 5 : Join An Existing Company
If instead of creating a new group if any player wants he/she can join an already formed group using following steps :
Click `H` key > Faction Tab > Companies > Click “Join” Option shown against the relevant Faction linked companies
